Happy New Year 2010

I'm very happy that Beccy and the family are here helping us celebrate the New Year. I'm feeling very mellow after a few glasses of champagne.

My daughter, Sam is still in Fiji and I send my love to her and Fred. I know they are having a good time in the sun, but will be heading for home quite soon.

I wish all my blogging friends and their families, a very Happy and Peaceful New Year.

Happy New Year 2009.

This little montage of family photos was done by Sam. It used to be my screen saver on the old imac back in 2001. It is one of the photos that my son-in-law transferred to this computer before he went home on Monday. I was so delighted to see it again that I decided to use it for my New Year greeting.

A Happy New Year

I wish you all a Healthy, Happy and Prosperous New Year. I don't do New Year Resolutions~ because I know I wouldn't keep them! but if I did it would be to take more exercise and loose weight. I wonder how many of you out there might be thinking the same after all the Christmas and New Year Festivities.
We went to see The Golden Compass yesterday it was enjoyable but I'm not sure that I wasn't a tad disappointed as I don't think it was nearly as good as I anticipated!

Happy New Year

I am enjoying the last evening with the family before they return to Dublin tomorrow. We are having a few drinks waiting to see in the New Year and we will soon be toasting absent family and friends. We are of course missing my mother (whose in hospital), Sam and Fred.
