Moussaka on the menu

You will begin to think I'm turning into a gardening blog!!!! We haven't tried growing Aubergines before but decided just to give one plant a go. Only got four aubergines from it and now I have to make moussaka!!!

Rainbow

These photos don't actually convey the vivid colours of the double rainbow that we saw one evening last week. Wish my little point and shoot had a wide enough lens to get the whole rainbow in one shot.

 

I never did find the pot of gold.

Good Crop

Himself decided it was about time he dug up the rest of our potato crop. They say size is everything!!!!
