Thursday Thoughts
Firstly this is a picture of a Butterfly that I took when I was in Corfu. It's not a terribly good picture because it wouldn't keep still for very long! I think it is a Swallowtail!
Secondly my new header is part of a panorama view I made from photos taken on a walk at Carrickgollogan when I was staying with Beccy last month.
Finally I am taking part in a Christmas Ornament swap arranged by Julie. I'm just showing that my parcel is going in the post today. No clues as to where it is going...I took the photo before adding the address!! There are about 60 bloggers taking part, and this must have taken a lot of organisation...so thanks to you Julie, I now know I will be getting at least one Christmas surprise!

Oooh! Very exciting! Well I know its not coming here! I am currently sending out a few pressies not up for any! LOL!
The butterfly shot looks like one of my pic's. That darn camera likes to focus on one spot, does it not? I mean really what ever happened to point and shoot??? Its loverly, really it is! And yes the header is just gorgeous too! I love the scenic shots myself! Wonderful!
I mush prefer your new heading...about time the old one was changed!!!

Karimsa I took so many shots and this was the only one that even managed to capture the butterfly!

Well, I like the new header and I really like the butterfly photo. They are so quick, when I try to capture one it's usually hopeless. I'm in the ornament swap, too. Mine will go off next week, it's only going one state away.
I love both the pictures....very exciting on the ornament swap...I really wanted to do it, but I knew that my time is short and lacking right now and I didn't want to disappoint anyone...maybe next year!!
I actually think the butterfly shot is very good. It's not easy getting something that close to blur while you actually manage to get the butterfly in focus. I've been seeing a lot about that Christmas ornament swap, sounds like a whole lot of people are participating. Hopefully everyone will post what kind of ornaments they received.

Love your flutterby. The contrast of color is so vibrant. Those babies are very difficult to photograph. Great job.
The header looks great! And I imagine it's very difficult to take a photo of a butterfly. With my limited skill I have a hard enough time taking one of birds!
