Travel Thursday
No prizes for guessing where I'm going today! By the time you read this I will be at the airport on my way to visit Beccy and the grandchildren. I will be taking this
little beauty with me so that my son-in-law can sort out anything I can't manage.
I'm not sure if I'll have much time to try out the new computer, but I might just sneak on to play!Sam, Fred, Embee, Beccy and Jules you've given me a lovely present that I will enjoy using. x
POSTSCRIPT:
BOO HOO MY FLIGHT GOT CANCELLED; ALL THE SEATS ON THE 1PM FLIGHT WERE TAKEN BY THOSE AHEAD OF ME IN QUEUE. I'M NOW BOOKED ON 7 PM FLIGHT. I DECIDED TO COME HOME AND WAIT. GOOD JOB I DID BECAUSE THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE BOILER AGAIN AND MY MOTHER WAS IN A PANIC. GOT THE ENGINEER who IS COMING AFTER 4PM SO LETS HOPE HE GETS HERE BEFORE I LEAVE FOR THE SECOND TIME. MAYBE THIS WAS MEANT TO BE!!

Poor Mum got to the airport to find her flight was cancelled due to the snow. When I spoke to her she was in a queue waiting to see if she can get a seat on the 13.35 flight, fingers crossed everyone because I want to see my mum...
....looking on the bright side it gives me more time to clean the house:-)

The tidy house has disappeared...I've had fivr children here all afternoon so it was wishful thinking that I could keep it tidy!

My dh was stranded at Bristol airport on Monday night - fortunately some friends came to the rescue!

JanMary Bristol Airport is not somewhere I would recommend for a night stay. I hadn't realised there were problems on Monday, it was much less snow than today. I've just seen more snow forecast so I'm not confident Sat. will be any better for me, that's when I try again.
