My visitor

This is my visitor, Angel, the dalmation belonging to my niece. My brother, sister-in-law, their two daughters and their families have gone to Portugal and I'm giving Angel her holiday for the next 10 days. You can see she is settling down for her first night and she does like her pillow!
Yesterday it rained all day and I got soaking wet twice taking her out for walks. Not sure it's so pleasant in the rain but I'm sure the excercise is doing me good!.

Hey, I'm dog-sitting this weekend also. I put up a picture on my site for SJ and KJ because the dog belongs to KJ'S Mom. Luckily, I haven't had to walk her in the rain yet. Have fun.

Ac she is getting me up and out of the house early which has to be good or maybe not.

LBM she's a good dog so no trouble to look after.

CC Ah but I still love Bean Sprout!

BS I'll be over to see you later; today the walk was very pleasant no rain and a little sunshine but not overly warm. We walked for 1.5.hrs this morning so she has slept since coming home but is now looking to go out again.

Chris, Thank you so much for the fudge it was an unexpected (and great tasting!) surprise! Now to see if it will last until the others get home. I have a feeling Sophie and I will eat many pieces ourselves.

emma isn't it strange how I sent 3 parcels on the same day and they all arrived at different times (2 for the states and yours). Anyway I'm glad it's arrived and hope the rest of the family get a piece!!

From the looks of that picture - he is a huge "fetch" player (tennis ball)

oooh so cute. One of my nieces once told me I looked like Cruella from 101 Dalmations. I think it was the hairdo at the time!

WT in the rain I was wishing I didn't but then think what I would have missed yesterday (see today's post); I know you can just hop outside your back door, but us townies have to seek out nature. I'm even up very very early for this dog I must be mad!!

frannie that's what I'm thinking as I got up before 6:30 am to let her in the garden.

karmyn Ahh I see you spotted the ball-I've been watching a bit of the French open that's just started. Looking forward to seeing your goodies.

barbara you'll be competing with Swampwitch as(Cruella)

steffi big dogs can be very scary; did a dog bite you and frighten you when you were 4 years old?
