Fun Monday # 18 Ode to Computers
Nikki is hosting this week.
Anyone who read my post written earlier today will know that I wasn't going to enter this week. I've been struggling with my idea but now I've given in and decided to publish this......
Ode to Computers
There was an old woman whose blogging
Caused hubby to blame her for hogging
Instead of a fight
To help put things right
She bought a second computer to login!!!!!!
and here is the proof!!!!
I'd rather be sick than miss out because I've read some really good poems today!!!!

Frannie why thank you; you must have caught this just as I published.
That was great!
lisa you're very kind to 'an old lady'
Fantastic limerick!! Too funny!!
That was great, glad you decided to join in. And two computers...lucky lucky lucky!
Mum, that's brilliant...I knew you could do it!
Great poem. I am always in trouble for blogging - for not paying enough attention to my DF!
*standing applauding*
Well done! Well done!!
And Matthew and I also applaud the Macs! We're quite Mac-y ourselves!
Very, very cool!
sabrina it had to be something simple
joy the small mac is 7 yrs old, very slow and not worth upgrading but useful nevertheless. Embee can do all his committee work and I can blogat the same time!!
Is that an apple I spy? I am jealous.
Great poem - I'm glad you joined in the fun.
beccy I tried to skype you earlier but no reply even though someone was online.
mind the gap- I know exactly what you mean!!
stephanie we like our macs- not that we'd get into the BIG debate
amy thanks
beckie it is an apple and I've only recently bought it; I really like the larger screen as it saves straining my eyes.
Hee hee - good job! (both the poem and buying yourself a new computer)

He,he...I am glad that you joined in the fun. You have a fine poem. We have a similar circumstance in our household, which is funny. I used to hate computers.
You win.
We have two computers (or more) too. I always thought my hubby set up two so he can have one on the end of each arm. Maybe one is for me?
now that's a great end to a problem. ;D
good job.
One of my poems starts off talking about an old woman but ends with shipping tape. I will share that one eventually.

Great poem !! My mother got a computer for Mother's Day because my father never lets her on his !! I would have never dreamed that they would both be so interested at their age. I don't have a Mac but I hear that they are wonderful to use.
