Tortoise update
You will remember this post about the tortoises coming out of hibernation, and the fact that I suspected Topsy was suffering mouth rot yet again. Well on Monday Embee took her to the vet where she was given antibiotics and other bits of treatment (like warm bathes with special feed) and she is apparently beginning to improve and now has her eyes open. We have to ring again tomorrow and fingers crossed that she can come home and that I can finish her treatment from here!

EmBee has in fact rung the Vets and there is more improvement and I am to ring tomorrow to find out more. Watch this space as they probably do not say in the best advertising circles
