Day 13 Today ......
The only problem with doing a grocery shop is that when you get home you have to empty the bags and put it all away!!!!!
Please note I take my own bags so I'm doing my bit for the environment.

And worse than that is when your husband (being helpful)puts it all away in the wrong place so you can't find anything!
In theory at least, we either have to bring our own or buy plastic bags when we shop. I am not sure of the environmental savings as just about everything we put into a re-usable bag contains plastic.
LOL Beccy I never have that problem!!!!
AC some shops here give paper bags and we are able to recycle quite a lot of the plastic containers. I notice a huge difference as the amount of landfill waste I'm putting out is now small!!
I've even tried to bribe the baggers at the grocery store to come help me. Hate shopping. hate putting it away more
I try and use non plastic bags, I have hessian, string and cotton bags. An added bonus is being able to throw them in the washing machine. Another added bonus is having hessian in the house when your art student son needs some immediately!
